Coaching is an accelerated learning and development process, tailored to your specific needs. Together we design the delivery, frequency and duration of sessions.
You will engage in a range
or activities, which may include:

Some of the theoretical foundations to our conversations are based on Ontological and Co-Active Coaching, Transactional Analysis and Neuro Linguistic Programming. (see resources)
Introductory session: to ensure our compatibility and to gauge your willingness, readiness and commitment to change. 1 hour.
Scope and goal setting: an exploration of your business challenges, professional and personal values and beliefs. We establish broadly defined goals and identify the evidence that will demonstrate your success. 1.5 to 3 hours.
Progressive sessions: we finesse your goals and address other issues as they emerge. 1 to 2 hours weekly in the early phase and then every 3 to 4 weeks.
Between sessions: you will be “trying on for size” new behaviours and ways of being from the perspectives you gain.
Final session: a review and assessment of your accomplishments. We discuss how you will sustain and reinforce your improved performance. 1 to 2 hours.
